Canceling A Stuck Printer Job

If you tried to print, but the job just got stuck in the queue without being able to cancel it, you're experiencing a stuck print job. There's a simple way to clear out the print queue, but it's not always the most obvious thing. To do this, simply follow these steps:

 1. Click on the Start Button and type 'Services' into the Search box
 2. Find Print Spooler in the list and click on the 'Stop' button
 3. Open Windows Explorer and enter this line into the location bar:
    %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS
 4. Delete all the files in this folder
 5. Go back to Services and click on the 'Start' button
